One tier, no compromise: a full calico pocket spring unit is dressed with soy fibre, black horsehair and wool-cotton blend, then closed with hand through-tufting in a 5×5 diamond. The name means sky built of jade — purity, and nothing hidden inside.
Wool tufting balls (80% wool), hand through-tufting in a 5×5 diamond arrangement.

An individually sewn fabric pocket for every spring, so each point of the body is carried on its own suspension.
Horsehair holds air between the fibres — it works as a natural spring and moves moisture out of the bed.
Every button passes clean through the mattress and is tied by hand, keeping the 24 cm profile true for years.
If you want more depth, Imperial Court (XP-021, 31 cm) adds Australian wool and camel hair; Natural Essence (XP-022, 29 cm) layers lyocell, horsehair and jute.
