A hand-built mattress does not travel the same way as a foam block. Fire performance, filling documentation, packing and pallet economics differ by destination — so we scope the build around the market you are selling into, before the first spring is sewn.
The UK is the strictest mattress market in the world, and most imported mattresses fail its fire standard. We engineer and test each construction to BS 7177 + EN 597, label to the statutory format, and supply the report set with the quotation.

Hotel groups, developers and fit-out contractors buy beds by the project, not the unit. We quote batch pricing, a packing plan, batch traceability and a spare ratio — and we run the whole conversation on WhatsApp.

What we do not do: we do not ship finished mattresses to the United States. US antidumping and countervailing orders on Chinese mattresses run into the thousands of percent, and the same orders now reach the countries Chinese capacity moved to. If your project is US-bound, talk to us about pillows, toppers, mattress pads, bases and adjustable frames instead — those sit outside the orders.
